I Bought a Book...

A few weeks ago, I bought this book, curious  if there was a book with the exact same name as the pregnancy one.

There was, but unfortunately,  it was based out of the UK, so many of the references won'tbe helpful, but, unlike so many books out there was written by an adopted child. I hope to glean much information from it. In the coming weeks, I plan to buy more materials from this side of the pond, while also working on myself.

While we were out shopping last week, I asked Burt if he wanted to head down the baby section, to not only get ideas but also get excited,  and it was all he could do to rein me in. I do have a bad habit of getting too excited and ordering a bunch of stuff we don't need before it's time.

My major concern lately is that of my hobbies.  I am an established woman as such I have plenty of activities in which to spend my time.  I started a new hobby last year, which I had originally done in high school.  It is a time sink in the winter, but I'm trying to think of a way to continue it after we have the child, but at 150 practice hours a year, I'm not sure how I can balance that with a young child. However,  grandparents exist and that would be the best time to spend with them.
